Our mission is to help individuals and businesses Connect in a genuine and meaningful way with  your Prospects (in Sales), your Colleagues (In management), and your Team (in Sports or business) in ways that generates increased productivity through synergy.  Websters defines synergy as - "the Interaction or cooperation of two or more agents/corporations to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their parts." - OR simply put - "working together".  

Each contributor on our team at Connectynergy, has a minimum of 20 years of experience and education fighting professional battles that have refined us in the character required to humbly engage our domains with Strength and conviction, grounded in truth based principles to approach each circumstance, person, or opportunity placing ourselves and our teams in the best possible position for success. 

Launching from a background in Elite level Sales/Business, Military, and/or sports arenas, we will utilize these experiences and battles fought to share wisdom insights that will help posture your team to either affirm your positions of strength or gain perspectives that will help you re-calibrate, in some cases, or realign yourself with the value that are necessary to put your team, business or group in a position that supports Winning your battles - whether that is improving the internal culture  of your team, OR motivating your currently aligned team to break through barriers required to take success to the next level.
